The Garneau Community League (TGCL) is a volunteer, not-for-profit organization formed to meet the unique needs and interests of residents within the Garneau neighborhood.

The role of the league and its elected members is to:

• speak on behalf of their Community League members

• report on behalf of all residents within Garneau

• bring neighbors together

• provide recreation and social programs

• develop amenities

• represent community interests to Government and other organizations
