2023-2024 Memberships

An annual community league membership costs $5 per family and is valid from September to August. Haven’t got your membership for this year yet? EFCL has a new platform called Communal where you can purchase or renew your membership.

Planning Updates

The Garneau Planning Committee’s primary role is to review and respond to planning applications affecting the community and address general planning and development issues as they arise. The planning chair also represents Garneau on the Scona District Community Council which provides commentary on City Plan, District Plan, and Zoning Bylaw.
